Introduction

I must say I have never created a blog before and I don't really have the drive to post every aspect of my personal life online so I decided to use this blog for personal growth in my own sense. I have always been a fan of the drink, whether it be alcoholic or not (mostly alcoholic however I am not a lush). The different types and combinations of flavors that can be created, well I just think it’s awesome. I would call myself knowledgeable in the liquor aspect but when it comes to wine and beer I am a total rookie. I couldn't tell you the difference between a Merlot and a Riesling other than the color and I feel as though it is time to change that. I am taking advantage of this assignment opportunity to become more familiar with the subject and perhaps have a little fun with it as well. So please, if you will, indulge me.
